Ray McDowell retired from the Eastman Kodak Company after 34 years. During that time he gained experience in pipe fitting, construction, electrical and was part of the safety team for many years. Ray has a natural ability to recognize problem areas.
Ray has been professionally trained by The School of Building Inspections and has received specialized training in Radon testing, Heat exchangers and Siding.
Ray has been and currently is the President of Rocky Mountain chapter of NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc) for three years. As a member of the NAHI organization, Ray is involved in monthly training sessions for on going learning.
A NAHI inspector is well qualified, with experience in all phases of home inspection. NAHI members meet standards of excellence and follow comprehensive inspection guidelines. Each member is required to follow strict rules that are stated in the NAHI Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics. Every NAHI applicant’s credentials are reviewed to ascertain that members have training and experience to conduct a professional home inspection.
Ray has high ethicial values and believes in reporting everything honestly. He takes time to explain the defects he finds to his customers and makes suggestions on how to fix a problem. It is his pleasure to help his customers in any way he can.
